When brothers, Larry and Doug Ferrin, started Ferrin Brothers Air Conditioning, Inc.in 1977, they decided from the beginning that more importantly than making money was being ethical and honest in every way. Larry passed these beliefs down to his son Rob when he retired, and Rob took over in 1996. As a family-owned and operated business, our values run deep. Because professional high-pressure salesmen are sent out by those companies to the customer’s home or business, most customers end up spending around $300 on their “tune up”, because they were sold parts that they don’t truly need. Next, they find that the technicians take short cuts and end up giving them the cheapest replacement parts available.

Two words, which are more commonly used as a synonym for diligence, are “hard work”. We know that one quality which sets us apart from our competitors is our diligent attitude to complete the job at hand in a timely manner – working hard to get it right as quickly as possible. Many companies out there will show up to give you the quote and start your job, and then once they get a down payment or a signed contract, you don’t see them for weeks. We have such great word of mouth business in large part due to our diligence in completing each job when we say we will, and working hard to never break a promise.
